Welcome to FBM4–stills and motion produced by me, Frank B. McCright IV. Since the late ’90s, photography and filmmaking have been more than just creative outlets for me—they’ve been lifelong passions.
Over the years, I’ve turned that love for visual storytelling into a full-service studio, helping brands, companies, and organizations of all sizes bring their ideas to life.
From capturing stunning imagery to producing high-quality videos, I work to craft media that not only looks great, but also tells a story that connects with audiences.

For stills: Canon EOS 5D Mark IV – 30.4 Megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor with ISO range 100–32000; expandable up to 50–102400 (equivalent ISO). 61 AF points with expanded vertical coverage with 41 cross-points. 150,000-pixel RGB+IR metering sensor
Lenses include all Canon L lenses – EF 16-35mm III ƒ2.8 USM, EF 24mm ƒ1.4 II USM, EF 35mm II ƒ1.4 USM, EF 50mm ƒ1.2 USM, EF 85mm ƒ1.2 USM, EF 100mm ƒ2.8 Macro IS USM, EF 28-300mm ƒ3.5-5.6L IS USM Lens. Canon 600EXII-RT Speedlites and consistent LED lighting.
For video: Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K x 3 – large format cinematic digital film Super35 HDR sensor. 6K 6144 x 3456 up to 50 fps, up to 120 fps Windowed HD. Dual native 400 and 3200 ISO to 25,600 with 13-Stop dynamic range.
Lenses included in a Meike full-frame prime cine 4-Lens kit: 24mm T2.1 FF-prime cine lens, 35mm T2.1 FF-prime cine lens, 50mm T2.1 FF-prime cine lens, 85mm T2.1 FF-prime cine lens, 105mm T2.1 FF-prime cine lens. consistent LED lighting.
Audio recording is captured in high quality using a range of devices depending on the set. Devices includes multple handy and field recording tech including Zoom H6, Zoom H2, Zoom H1, Zoom H8, and Zoom F3. H6 includes interchangable XY and shotgun capsules.
All Rode microphones range from large diaphram to small lavalier mics to shotgun mics - NTG5, on-camera VideoMicro II x 2 and VideoMic GO II, Wirless Pro, PodMic x 2, Podcaster, M1-S x 2, NT1.
For video production I use an Adobe Creative Cloud workflow. All video is edited, color-corrected, color-graded, and produced in Adobe Premiere Pro. All motion graphics and animations are done in After Effects. For 3D animation and modeling needs I work with a third party whom I've partnered with since 2012.
Audio is produced using Adobe Audition software. This is ideal for audio recording, editing, mixing, and mastering and its seamless integration in the Adobe ecosystem. This convenience adds to an already efficient workflow and timely delivery. Original music is produced and further audio editing is done using Apple Logic Pro.
